Original Artworks in any media. Artwork must not have been exhibited previously in the Castle Hill Village Easter Art Weekend (with the exception of books and postcards). Depending on the number of exhibiting artists and the size of the works, not all works may be displayed. Any surplus Artwork may be displayed on the Art Trail or at another artists' studio in the village.
All Artwork must be for sale.
20% commission for artwork sold at the Exhibition (in the hall), and on the Art Trail.
Participation is free of charge.

All submissions must be ready to hang, complete with cord. All Artwork must be dry.
Sat 16th & Sunday 17th April – Delivery of exhibits to the Community Hall between 2 – 4pm, or prior to this by arrangement with Amanda.
The title, medium, name of exhibitor and selling price needs to be labeled on the back or securely attached to the exhibit.
All works must be collected on Mon 25th April, 4–5pm or by alternative arrangement with Amanda.

All submissions are done so at the artist's risk. While every care will be taken, The event accepts no liability for any loss or damage, and shall not be required to provide any insurance cover. The Hall has a smoke alarm but not a security alarm. If you have any concerns over your art pieces exhibited, please insure them personally.
We retain the right to use any images you send us and photographs of any images entered in the Easter Art Exhibition for promotional purposes in whatever form we decide on this website. We retain the right to crop images, change the colouring or other changes required for advertising material. The image will be credited with your name where possible.
